This page explains the cookies and similar tech we use on our website and inside the CallVerifier dashboard. Read it alongside the privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar tech includes local storage and pixels. We use them to remember preferences, keep you signed in, understand how the product is used, and block abuse.
2. What we use
- Strictly necessary - session, authentication, security, and load-balancing cookies. Without these, the product simply will not work.
- Functional - these remember small choices like UI preferences and language where we offer them.
- Analytics - anonymised stats about how the site and product are used, so we can make them faster and more reliable.
We do not use cookies to sell personal data. Any third-party tooling is set up for service delivery and product improvement - not for unrelated advertising.
3. Third parties
Some cookies come from providers that host assets, handle payments, or supply embedded components. Their use is governed by their own policies and our agreements with them.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Heads-up: if you turn off strictly necessary cookies, parts of the dashboard (including login) may stop working.
5. Do Not Track
There is no agreed industry standard for the Do Not Track browser signal. We handle privacy choices through your account settings and the law as it evolves.
6. Changes
We update this page if our practices or the rules change. Check the Last updated date at the top.
