Contact & Support

Sales, support, privacy requests, and the boring legal stuff — where to email and what to put in the subject line.

1. Sales and general questions

For product questions, security reviews, or partnership ideas, email info@callverifier.com. We usually get back to business enquiries within two working days (Monday to Friday, India time).

2. Technical support

If you are signed in, please use the in-app support channels - they let us verify your account and route your message to engineering when needed. Adding steps to reproduce, timestamps, and any error IDs you can see speeds things up a lot.

3. Privacy and data requests

For privacy or data protection requests, email the same address with Privacy request in the subject and enough detail for us to verify who you are. See the privacy policy for more on what we collect.

4. Legal and compliance

For lawful process, regulator letters, or law-enforcement requests, write to the same address with Legal in the subject. We review every request for validity and may narrow what we provide where appropriate.

5. Want a walkthrough?

Use the contact form on the homepage to ask for a walkthrough. Please do not send passwords or secrets through email or web forms.

6. Company details

Our registered business name and address show up on your tax invoices and signed agreements. If procurement needs a formal letterhead address, ask your account contact or grab the billing details from your latest invoice.
